We're seeking an individual who will love owning our Salesforce and related tech stack in support of marketing and sales operations, insights, and strategies. 101edu is seeking a Director of Finance who will work alongside the CEO and other members of the Leadership team to drive the financial strategy and success of our business. The Director of Finance will develop and lead strategies, financial/revenue modeling, manage ongoing bookkeeping, and other continuous improvement efforts to aid in key business decisions. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of previous financial management experience within SaaS business environments and come with a history of demonstrated success driving operational efficiencies and financial strategies in startups. This is a part-time role that will lay the foundation for an in-house finance team as the company grows.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a vital role in meeting the revenue of goals of 101edu. This individual is responsible for the day-to-day management of converting inbound leads into contacts and ultimately, 101edu customers. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, goal oriented and self-directed in their day-to-day activities without regular interaction with leadership. The SDR has the responsibility of qualifying inbound leads by gaining a thorough understanding of immediate needs and opportunities by identifying and engaging with key decision makers, conducting initial interviews, to gain a thorough understanding of immediate needs and opportunities, and scheduling/attending demos. They will do this by gaining insight on the prospect’s current needs and/or challenges, aligning 101edu’s features as a complete solution set, and scheduling demos with contacts for immediate opportunities for implementation and usage.
We are looking for a senior-level professional with team leadership experience to manage our team of sales professionals. Our Sales team is responsible for driving engagement with targeted prospects by setting meetings for product demos and ultimately, adoptions of our active learning platform. This individual will be responsible for the attainment of 101edu’s annual revenue goals and ultimately the success of the company.
At 101, account management is integral to maintaining successful relationships with our customers. This is a unique, cross-functional role where you will wear many hats and report to the VP of Customer Success. As a Customer Success Associate, you will understand our customer outcomes through the collection and analysis of data and feedback, create onboarding and retention strategies, and help develop the product road map.
